Batch posts a compilation of a few shows I’ve dropped, films, OVAs and Specials that don’t need their own posts.

Wizard Barrister: Benmashi Cecil
Cecil Sudou (CV: Rui Tanabe) is the youngest Wizard Barrister in history. She is together with the other at her agency to be attorney’s for fellow wizards. She says it’s to help people, but in fact she wants to save her own mother who is in jail for illegal use of magic.

It seemed pretty okay, but after a while it got a bit confusing and more than anything – boring. I just gave up. (lol)

Wonder Momo
This is a show based on the game Wonder Momo from ’87. The voice acting is pretty meh and it’s entirely pretty blah. That’s all I can say to describe it.

Hyouka: Motsubeki Mono wa
As this is a single episode – placed chronologically between episodes 11 and 12 – making a single post about it feels unnecessary. This was bundled with the third volume of the Hyouka comics.

Houtarou Oreki (CV: Yuuichi Nakamura) gets a one day part-time job at the swimming pool when his sister arrives home from her travels. Satoshi Fukube (CV: Daisuke Sakaguchi) learns about it and together with Eru Chitanda (CV: Satomi Satou) and Mayaka Ibara (CV: Ai Kayano) they come by to watch the rare sight of Houtarou working. While there, Eru notices that a woman had something white on her ear, but after a while it’s gone. Houtarou and the gang starts searching for what could have been a piercing, just in case she dropped it, as someone could get hurt.

It’s as much Hyouka as it could be, nothing more nothing less. I felt a little nostalgic about watching something Hyouka related now. It honestly feel like it was ages since it was airing, haha!

Yowamushi Pedal
Sakamichi Onoda (CV: ) bikes to school to save money for anime and figures and other things he wants. The cycling club to be member Shunsuke Imaizumi (CV: Kousuke Toriumi) notices him and manages to get him to join the club. And from there Sakamichi’s life start to change dramatically…

And after like 20 episodes it felt embarrassing to keep watching because it was just the same thing over and over. At least give me some FRIENDSHIP. Like I mean, Sakamichi tried to become Shunsuke’s friend in the beginning and after that he just stopped when new characters came into the pictures? It’s like new character -> fight by biking -> get insecure -> get over insecurity -> meet someone new. And Sakamichi joined the club because it was fun and because he could be friends with Shunsuke and stuff. Or maybe I was wrong?
