DISCLAIMERS

Official Art
Art used as headers, screenshots from games, and cover art are official art used to catch interest in the titles or make a point. I use these under Fair Use, but will, if asked by someone who can prove the legitimacy of their right to claim copyright, remove art from headers.

Reviews & Content
You are free to use parts of my reviews and/or summaries anywhere, but you need to properly credit with my name (Anny), the blog name (The Anny Blog) and link to the site (https://theannyblog.com).

Summaries do not claim to be 100% true to the content, nor do I strive to add every detail, which can lead to misinterpretations, and I may also have misinterpreted what happens in a book or game.

Thoughts are completely my subjective view and I do not think everyone else will agree with me, nor hope anyone to do so. Just because I think something is good or bad does not mean that anyone else should think it’s good or bad, nor do I claim to know what is and isn’t good or bad. If you disagree with me, you’re more than welcome to comment with your reasoning why! I don’t delete comments unless obvious spam or offensive to a person.

I do not condone to all of the content I review if part of real life. You will most likely either see a notice if I’m particularly against something or if I feel what I review may romanticise something harmful to people, or I will be very clear in my review I’m not condoning the actions. I am in favour of healthy relationships and therefore would not recommend anyone to take fiction as a model for healthy relationships. If you are unsure whether a relationship you’re reading about on my blog is healthy, please don’t be scared to ask. If you’re in an unhealthy relationship, please turn to professional help if you cannot get out of it.

Parental Guidance
While the content of this blog itself is suitable for children under parental guidance, and there are no direct links to adult material, affiliate links may guide you indirectly to content and services with materials rated 18+ or R18.

To ensure your children’s safety, I advise you, as a parent, to look through the affiliated shops yourself and either use an Adblock application on your child’s device(s) so they don’t see any affiliate links, or that you use parental controls to block shops with inappropriate content. I would, however, like to remind you that most services have content that may be sexual in content and this includes book stores, game services and streaming services which are not at all affiliated with The Anny Blog.

If you’d like advice for how to deal with these and which shops and services (affiliated or not) that may be suitable for your child, please email theannyblog@gmail.com with the subject ADVICE and I’ll give you advice as a parent myself.
