At the school Kotoko Aihara (CV: Nana Mizuki) attends, the classes are based on the exam scores of the individual, so the students in class A are those with best scores (the smartest) and the ones in F are the ones with the worst (the stupidest). Kotoko has since she entered high school been in love with Naoki Irie (CV: Daisuke Hirakawa) the top student of her year and one day she decides to confess her love and is miserably rejected. What’s worse is that her house is destroyed and she and her father, Shigeo (CV: Bin Shimada), moves in with a friend of the father… And that’s the Irie family’s home! Shinku Izumi (CV: Mamoru Miyano) is returning to Flonyard as the hero of Biscotti and he’s taking his childhood friend Rebecca Anderson (CV: Mikako Takahashi) with him when he’s summoned by the princess, Millhiore Firianno Biscotti (CV: Yui Horie). His cousin Nanami Takatsuki (CV: Nana Mizuki) is summoned by Leonmichelli Galette de Rois (CV: Ami Koshimizu), the ruler of Galette, to be their hero during the war between Biscotti and Galette held to welcome the returning hero. While seeing the broadcast of the war in question, the princess of Pastillage, Couvert Eschenbach Pastillage (CV: Aoi Yuuki), decide to make Rebecca her hero. Jigoku Shoujo
Rumors say that if you access a certain website, Jigoku Tsuushin (Hell Link), you can get your avenge on people you hate by writing the name of the person towards whom you have a grudge. When you do that Jigoku Shoujo (Hell Girl) will send them to hell.
The girl who appears is a girl introducing herself as Ai Enma (CV: Mamiko Noto). She gives you a strawdoll and tell you that when you untie the red thread, the person you have a grudge against is sent straight to hell. However, after you die, you too, is sent to hell.
