From October on, posts will be bi-weekly, due my school taking too much of my time to keep up.
Kaori Fujimiya (CV: Sora Amamiya) doesn’t have any friends and she doesn’t try to get any, but even so Yuuki Hase (CV: Yoshitaka Yamaya) wants be befriend her. So one day he takes the opportunity to ask her.
“Please, be friends with me!”
From there his struggles to be friend with someone who has forgotten all about him every Monday starts, and is rewarded by Kaori’s smiles and real self at the roof every lunch. Kobayashi ga Kawaisugite Tsurai!! (>_<)
Megumu and Mitsuru Kobayashi (CV: Ayumi Fujimura) switched places because the upperclassman Megumu is in love with, Aoi Sanada (CV: Daisuke Ono) never touches girls because he’s bad at dealing with them. They end up kissing while Aoi believes it’s Mitsuru, which is really confusing for him. Due circumstances they end up at Aoi’s house where he finds out that it wasn’t Mitsuru he kissed, but Megumu, as he ends up seeing her naked in the bath. Batch posts are posts where I write early impressions on shows I end up dropping or about OVAs, which I can’t write a lot about.
Natsume Yuujinchou: Itsuka Yuki no Hi ni
Takashi Natsume (CV: Hiroshi Kamiya) is able to see demons. One snowy day he sees a demon who is searching for something, but doesn’t know what it’s searching for. Takashi tries to help it, but it’s hard when all he knows it’s something nostalgic, new, sparkling and warm. When the demon finds it, it became a flower and disappeared.
It’s typical to Natsume Yuujinchou and filled me with emotions – as the show always done. I loved this little OVA and when I watched it earlier this spring, it was really fitting. All in all, it’s a lovely OVA which captures the essence of the entire show, music, pacing, story and feelings included. I should write about NatsuYuu in the future.
