Time to Read:

As yet another transmigration novel set in an ancient Chinese setting, this story feels very similar to what I’ve been reading recently. Sans the BL, that is.
While the story wasn’t great, it can’t really be considered entirely mediocre. It had its funny moments, and I did get curious about the original novel. But I feel that the main ship really could have used their heads a wee bit more…
Overall, a rather average adaptation with cute art and a pretty standard storyline. Nothing groundbreaking, but it also doesn’t try to be.
